If you fail to see delivery info when you click on your order-tracking link, don’t worry! Occasionally, there may be a 24-hour delay in viewing tracking progress from the point of our departure to the shipper’s first scan at one of their destination points.
Your package arrival time will typically include 1-3 business days of order processing time plus the shipping time indicated in your cart at checkout. Note these times are only estimates. Actual shipping times may vary depending on carrier service and ship to address. Your order tracking number will be the best estimate for package arrival date and time.

Shipping Rates
We strive to get you the best shipping rates when you purchase our products. Shipping options are calculated and available in the Cart view upon checkout and a valid shipping address entered. Estimated delivery times are displayed, but real delivery times may vary.
During Checkout, shipping options with estimated rates may be given. You may select an option before making your final purchase.

Once your order has been filled, a Shipping Notification email will be sent to you. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check the order status. You can navigate to your account page to check the order status as well.
If you haven’t received your order within 1 day of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please use our Contact Us Form or give us a call at (844-779-8486) with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Delays
Occasionally, a 2-day lag period occurs at the shipper’s point of departure.
The package arrival time will include 3-5 business days of order processing in addition to the shipping option days selected.
